The session does not include the use of our dresses and is of 1 outfit only - nice and simple :) The best time for your session is usually around 30 – 35 weeks – late enough for your bump to show, but not too late to be uncomfortable or have any early surprises :) Sessions are photographed in studio and take approximately half an hour. Images are professionally edited and delivered as a digital download, in high resolution without watermarks, and are suitable for large prints. We also include a custom phone app containing a gallery of your images. *Mini:* We can accommodate up to 8 people in total in our studio, including your immediate family, for the duration of your session. *Simply Bump:* While we will only photograph you in this session, you are welcome to bring along any other siblings or family members - we can accommodate up to 8 people in total, including your immediate family, for the entire duration of your session. Most dresses are made of a stretch fabric so they can fit a variety of sizes. There isn't an extra fee to wear our dresses, and you can wear up to 2 different outfits in our maternity sessions. ## Babies *Timeless:* Our timeless style captures the essential and less posed moments of your baby and any siblings or parents. We photograph babies aged between 9 and 13 months old. We aim to capture your baby's excitement and pure joy as they get to smash into their very own birthday cake getting icing all over them, making a big mess. After the cake smash, a bubbly splash bath cleans up the frosting and crumbs! These photos will capture the precious moments that you will cherish for a lifetime as your baby celebrates turning one! Sessions are photographed in studio and take 20 - 40 minutes. Our cake smash sessions are just for your baby and don't include family/sibling photos. You'll need to bring 1 outfit for your baby to be photographed in. Cakes are provided by us for your session and are included in the session fee. We are unfortunatley unable to accommodate for food allergies at this time. Babies must be able to sit unassisted, and family photos are not included in these sessions. *Christmas theme:* Christmas is fast approaching, so now is the perfect time to capture those special family Christmas photos. *Christmas theme:* Sessions take place in our Malaga studio, last 15-20 minutes, and can accommodate up to 5 people. *Farm theme:* Sessions take place in our Malaga studio, and last 15-20 minutes. *Farm theme:* You will need to bring one outfit for your baby to wear during the photo session. It is payable when booking your session, and you can decide on which digital images to purchase after you’ve seen them in an online gallery in the comfort of your own home. ## How pricing works There are no hidden charges and we do not pressure-sell to you like a lot of companies do. There is no minimum spending limit, so if we don’t capture what you are looking for then there is no pressure to purchase. We accept payments by Visa/Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Afterpay. ## About My name is Cassie McMullan and I am a Perth based newborn, maternity, baby, family and cake smash photographer. I have been photographing newborns for the last 13 years.  I have gained a lot of experience with babies and young children and I have a great passion for photographing every stage of their journey, from baby bump through to their first few years of life. Children grow so fast and it is important to capture these precious moments before it’s too late. These are moments that you will treasure forever. ## Locations We have 2 studios in Perth: **Malaga, WA:** A commercial studio located 20 minutes north of Perth city. **Hilbert, WA:** A professional home-based studio located 35 minutes south east of Perth city. We photograph Mon-Sat in Hilbert, and Mon-Sun in Malaga, and will provide our studio address once booked in. It is the exact same studio experience with the same staff in both locations, so you can simply choose the most convenient location for you. Visitation is by appointment only. ## Terms of use ## Terms of Use ### Online galleries Our online galleries presented to you after your session are open up until 10 days for you to decide on a purchase and make payment. If our pricing has increased since the time of your booking, we offer the same pricing as at the time of booking for this initial 10 day period, after which time it reverts to our current pricing on offer. We do not keep unpurchased photos and a late fee of $55 applies when purchasing them beyond this initial 10 day period. There is no minimum spending limit, however if a lack of basic pricing information is shown at the start of session (e.g. not knowing that the session doesn’t include photos and are purchased separately), then we may require pre-payment of the Digital Images before continuing your session. ### Refunds Bookings may be cancelled up until 2 days prior to a session with a full refund. Newborn sessions booked based on the due date may be cancelled before delivery at any time with a full refund. If you need to change a booking time, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you are running late to a session and there is not enough time left to perform our service (at our discretion), unless prior arranged, we cannot continue with your session. If you do not attend a session, the session fee is forfeited. For combined sessions where the 1st session has commenced, the remaining sessions that are part of the combined session cannot be refunded. Due to the custom nature of our photography, any products/prints or digital images cannot be returned once purchased. ### Gift Cards Gift cards purchased offering a free session are valid indefinitely and can be returned by the purchaser for a full refund before it is used for booking a session. If the giftee does not attend their scheduled session, the value of the card is forfeited. Gift cards with a dollar amount on them are only redeemable when purchasing a session, images or prints/products, and cannot be used with any other discount on offer at the time. ### Miscellaneous We can accommodate up to 8 people in total (including your immediate family) for the duration of the session. This total includes all those attending our location and people can't be swapped out to meet this limit. If more than 8 people attend your session in total, we have to unfortunately stop your session and your session fee will be forfeited. ### Artistic nature You are commissioning custom photography and the choice of photos for editing and design of images is at our discretion. The presented images cannot be replaced with alternative images without incurring an additional fee. ### Indemnification You agree to indemnify Sweet Dreams Photography against any liability, loss, expense, damages, claims, suits, actions, demands or proceedings, in respect of personal illness/injury/death of any person arising because of or in connection with or caused by the performance of the service. ### Consent You consent to be photographed by Sweet Dreams Photography. ### Privacy Your privacy is very important to us. We won’t share any of your personal information with third parties, and will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. ### Security All payment details are encrypted with SSL and we do not store your credit card details. ### Tax All prices include GST. ### Copyright The website and all photos and images are © Sweet Dreams Photography. We do not book sessions by phone, SMS, or email. Booking takes a couple of minutes at https://www.sweetdreamsphotography.com.au (each session type has a Book section). After you book, you receive a confirmation email with further details. Newborn sessions are typically reserved against the due date first; once the baby arrives you choose the session time from the link in that email.
