Your privacy is very important to us. We won’t share any of your personal information with third parties, and will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Our online galleries presented to you after your session are open up until 10 days for you to decide on a purchase and make payment. If our pricing has increased since the time of your booking, we offer the same pricing as at the time of booking for this initial 10 day period, after which time it reverts to our current pricing on offer. We do not keep unpurchased photos and a late fee of $55 applies when purchasing them beyond this initial 10 day period. There is no minimum spending limit, however if a lack of basic pricing information is shown at the start of session (e.g. not knowing that the session doesn’t include photos and are purchased separately), then we may require pre-payment of our Digital Package before continuing your session.
Bookings may be cancelled up until 5 days prior to a session with a full refund. Newborn sessions booked based on the due date may be cancelled before delivery at any time with a full refund. If you need to change a booking time, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you are running late to a session and there is not enough time left to perform our service (at our discretion), unless prior arranged, or do not attend a session, the session fee is forfeited. For combined sessions where the 1st session has commenced, the remaining sessions that are part of the combined session cannot be refunded.
Due to the custom nature of our photography, any products/prints or digital images cannot be returned once purchased.
Gift cards purchased offering a free session are valid indefinitely and can be returned by the purchaser for a full refund before it is used for booking a session. If the giftee does not attend their scheduled session, the value of the card is forfeited. Gift cards with a dollar amount on them are only redeemable when purchasing a session, images or prints/products, and cannot be used with any other discount on offer at the time.
If you have joined our referral program, you receive credit for each new referral for their first session only.
We can accommodate up to 7 people in total (including your immediate family) for the duration of the session.
You are commissioning custom photography and the choice of photos for editing and design of images is at our discretion. The presented images cannot be replaced with alternative images without incurring an additional fee.
All payment details are encrypted with SSL and we do not store your credit card details.
